1505.99 PENALTY.

Any person who owns or operates a structure subject to Section 1505.02 or 1505.03 shall be subject to the penalties set forth in Section 1502.99 for any violation of this chapter, provided that the minimum fine for a violation of Section 1505.02 or 1505.03 shall be one hundred dollars ($100.00).
