Whenever used in this Part Fifteen: Fire Prevention Code, the following terms shall have the meanings respectively indicated:
(a) “Bureau of Fire Prevention” means the Bureau of Fire Prevention of the Division of Fire.
(b) “Chief of Bureau of Fire Prevention” means the officer designated by the Fire Chief of the Division of Fire in charge of the Bureau of Fire Prevention of the Division of Fire.
(c) “Fire Chief' means the Chief of the Division of Fire.
(d) “Municipal Legal Officer” means the Director of Law.
(e) “Municipality” means the City of Willowick, Ohio.
