(a) For purposes of this chapter, the use of and references to the term “Building Inspector” shall mean the Building Inspector of the City or said Inspector's authorized designee.
(b) All duties, obligations, responsibilities, requirements and/or conditions set forth in this chapter shall also comply with, and fully satisfy, those duties, obligations, responsibilities, requirements and/or conditions of Chapter 921 of these Codified Ordinances.
