1349.06 MIXED USE DISTRICT SIGNS.
   The following signs shall be permitted:
   (a)   One bulletin board not exceeding forty square feet in area and not exceeding six feet in height shall be permitted on the premises of any use permitted in the mixed use district.
   (b)   Signs necessary for the safe and efficient movement of traffic on the premises.
   (c)   Signs necessary to the operation of the proposed use. The Chief Building Inspector shall approve such signs upon determining that their size, location and illumination does not adversely affect adjoining properties.
   (d)   Temporary signs for special events shall be permitted by the Chief Building Inspector provided the signs are not confused with traffic signs and do not interfere with the movement of vehicular and pedestrian traffic.
