Pursuant to the provisions of Ohio R.C. 731.231, there is hereby adopted by and for the City the International Energy Code, and is incorporated herein by reference including the 2003 edition and all subsequent editions, amendments and modifications of same, save and except such portion thereof as may be hereinafter amended or deleted.
