Pursuant to Ohio R.C. 731.231, there is hereby adopted by and for the City the 2013 Residential Code of Ohio, and is incorporated hereby by reference, including all subsequent editions, amendments and modifications of same, save and except such portion thereof as may be hereinafter amended or deleted.
