961.99 PENALTY.

Any owner, lessee, agent or tenant having charge of or responsibility for maintenance of the lots or lands within the City who fails to comply with any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a minor misdemeanor. Each days violation shall constitute a separate offense.
