The Recreation Director may require, as a condition for the issuance of a permit for any engagement for the use of a municipal facility, that a certain number of police officers employed by the City be hired by the applicant to be present during the hours specified by the Recreation Director and such shall be paid at the prevailing rate applicable in the City.
