The application for a permit for the use and rental of a municipal facility shall be signed either by the individual seeking such use and rental for private purposes, or, in the case of an organization, by a duly authorized officer of record, on file in the Recreation Director's office. The applications shall disclose the estimated number of persons to be present and shall specify the hours during which the premises will be used. As a part of such application, the applicant shall agree to indemnify the City and hold it harmless from any liability resulting from the use of such premises by the applicant, his or her guests, members of any organization or any other person entering the premises of the subject municipal facility during the time of such an engagement, including any liability arising by virtue of the violation by any person of any provisions of the laws of the State relating to alcoholic beverages.
