As used in this chapter:
(a) "Adult groups" means groups composed principally of members above the age of eighteen.
(b) "City Park" shall mean Manry Park and/or Dudley Park.
(c) "Engagement" means any activity, including meetings.
(d) "Governmental units" means state, local and municipal entities, departments, agencies, boards, commissions and officials in the conduct of governmental business.
(e) "Meeting" means an assembly for the sole purpose of conducting business. The Director of Recreation is hereby authorized to determine whether or not proposed engagements qualify as meetings within the definition set forth here.
(f) "Multiple engagements" means two or more engagements requested by the same applicant on a single application.
(g) "Municipal facility" shall mean and include the following: the Willowick Community Center; the Willowick Senior Center; the Willowick Manry Park, including the activities center, storage facility and swimming pool situated therein; the Willowick Dudley Park, including the field house and swimming pool situated therein; Lakefront Park; and the Municipal Center.
(h) "Nonresident" means, with respect to an individual, an applicant who does not live in the City or an applicant who, although living in the City, is renting the Community Building principally for the benefit and use of an individual or individuals who do not live in the City and, with respect to a group or organization, an applicant group or organization whose membership is principally composed of individuals who do not live in the City.
(i) "Resident" means, with respect to an individual, an applicant who lives in the City and, with respect to a group or organization whose membership is principally composed of individuals who live in the City.
(j) "Sanctioned and/or affiliated organization" means a group or organization registered with the Willowick Recreation Department pursuant to and in compliance with the requirements for affiliation established by the Recreation Board.
(k) "Youth groups" means groups principally composed of members under the age of eighteen and which are registered affiliates of the Willowick Recreation Board.
(l) "Weekend" means from 5:00 p.m. on Friday until 12:00 midnight on Sunday.
