Any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be fined not less than one hundred dollars ($100. 00) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) for each offense. Each transformer or capacitor in violation shall be defined as a separate and distinct offense and each day that such violation shall continue shall be deemed a separate and distinct offense.
