There is hereby levied a charge to be paid by each user who wishes to obtain a copy of the City's wastewater rules and regulations. The charge is determined to be ten dollars ($10.00) per copy to cover the printing costs, administrative costs, etc. This charge shall also cover any additions to, changes of or deletions from the regulations.
