There is hereby levied a fee to be paid by each user whose facility is inspected by City personnel for the purpose of determining compliance with Chapter 922. Inspection fees will be payable and collectible as hereinafter provided and in an amount determinable as follows. Major significant users shall be inspected at least four times per year. Minor significant users shall be inspected at least twice per year. Additional inspections shall be performed as deemed necessary by the City, at a cost of thirty dollars ($30.00) per inspection. Insignificant users shall be inspected at least once per year at a cost of twenty-two dollars and fifty cents ($22.50) per inspection.
