921.99 PENALTY.
   (a)   Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter, for which a different penalty is not provided herein, shall be fined not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than fifty dollars ($50.00). A separate offense shall be deemed committed each period of twenty-four hours that such violation continues after a period of three days following the original violation.
   (b)   Whoever violates Section 921.04(e) or (f) shall be fined not less than ten dollars ($10.00) nor more than fifty dollars ($50.00) for the first such violation in any calendar year, and shall be fined one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each and every violation thereafter. In addition, whoever violates Section 921.04(e) or (f) five times within any calendar year shall forfeit the authorization and license to perform such construction and repair for the twelve-month period immediately following the date of the fifth violation.

   (c)   Whoever fails to comply with Section 921.11(e) or the procedures set forth in Section 921.115 shall be fined not less than two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00) nor more than one thousand dollars ($1,000) for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed for each period of twenty-four hours that such violation continues subsequent to a period of three days following the original violation.
