921.13 CHARGE FOR INSPECTION OF REPAIRS OF LATERAL SEWERS OR CONNECTIONS.

There is hereby established a charge of one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) for the inspection by City employees or agents of repairs of lateral sewers or connections. Such charge shall be payable prior to the inspection.
