783.07 INJUNCTIONS.

If a violation of any of the provisions of this chapter is continuing or threatened, then, in addition to any other remedies provided by law, the Director of Law, upon the approval of Council, may commence suit in the County Common Pleas Court to obtain a preliminary and/or permanent injunction prohibiting such continuing or threatened violation.
