779.06 BILLIARD AND POOL HOURS REGULATED.

The hours of operation of a billiard or pool room shall not commence earlier than 7:00 a.m., nor extend beyond the hour of 1:00 a.m., except that if the licensed premises are also licensed for any purpose by the State of Ohio then the hours permitted hereunder shall be those hours permitted by the State of Ohio.
