The City shall act to approve or deny an application for a license under this chapter within a reasonable period of time and in no event shall the City act to approve or deny such license later than ninety days from the date that such application was accepted by the Department of Finance. Every license issued pursuant to this chapter shall terminate at the expiration of one year from the date of its issuance unless sooner suspended or revoked.
