769.23 PROHIBITION AGAINST TATTOOING PERSONS UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF INTOXICANTS.

No tattoo operator or tattoo artist shall tattoo any person who is under the influence of intoxicants, including but not limited to, alcoholic beverages and/or controlled substances.
