765.01 LICENSES REQUIRED; FEE; APPLICABILITY.

No person, firm or corporation shall sell or offer for sale as principal, clerk, agent or employee any drug paraphernalia, as defined in Chapter 515, without first obtaining a license therefor. Such license shall be in addition to any or all other licenses issued to applicant.
