763.15 ELECTRIC POWERED AMUSEMENT RIDES.
   (a)   Any person who owns, operates, inspects and/or controls an amusement ride, either temporary or permanent, that utilizes electric power together with any electric lighting, metal fencing, metal railing, metal enclosures and/or other components, equipment or machinery that conduct electric current, shall, in addition to those requirements and standards set forth elsewhere in these Codified Ordinances, complete all connections to electric power source(s) being utilized by the above by means of an approved Ground Fault Circuit Interruption (GFI) device.
   (b)   Any person, firm or corporation who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a fourth degree misdemeanor as such term is classified and defined in Section 501.99 of these Codified Ordinances. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
