Every private security officer shall provide, along with his or her application for registration as a private security officer, proof that he or she is bonded and insured by a policy or policies of comprehensive general liability insurance in an amount sufficient for any and all claims for bodily injury and property damage arising out of his or her activities as a private security officer or activities incidental or related thereto.
