As used in this chapter:
(a) “Casual sale” means any transfer of a motor vehicle by a person other than a dealer, salesperson, motor vehicle auction owner, manufacturer or distributor acting in his capacity as a dealer, salesperson, auction owner, manufacturer or distributor, to a person who purchases the motor vehicle for use as a customer.
(b) “Motor vehicle” means motor vehicles as defined in Ohio R.C. 4501.01.
(c) “Person shall have the same definition as set forth in Section 301.23 of the Codified Ordinances of Willowick, Ohio.
(d) “Retail sale” or “sale at retail” means the act or attempted act of setting, bartering, exchanging or otherwise disposing of a motor vehicle to an ultimate purchaser for use as a consumer.
(e) “Snowmobile and all-purpose vehicle” shall have the same definition as given them in Ohio R.C. 4519.01.
(f) “Vehicle” as used in this chapter means vehicles as defined in Ohio R.C. 4501.01, including motor vehicles as defined therein.
(g) “Watercraft” shall have the same definition as given to it in Ohio R.C. 1547.01.
