745.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall, in addition to all other penalties provided in this chapter, be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each offense. A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day on which a violation occurs or continues.
