737.01 PROHIBITED SALES.
   No person, firm, corporation or association of persons shall sell or offer to sell in the parks or on or from the streets, sidewalks, alleys or other public properties within the City or from any motor vehicle or other type of vehicle, whether motor propelled or otherwise, located upon any park, street, sidewalk, alley or other public property within the City, any goods, merchandise, food or other article or thing for human consumption or any goods, merchandise, medicine, foodstuffs, produce or other article or thing, whether for human consumption or otherwise.

737.02 EXCEPTIONS.
   The provisions of this chapter shall not apply to the sale of produce from any stand constructed or existing off the traveled portion of any street, highway or sidewalk within the City for which sale a permit has been issued under and pursuant to the provisions of any City ordinance.

737.99 PENALTY.
   Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter or fails to comply therewith shall be fined not more than one hundred dollars ($100.00). A separate offense shall be deemed committed each day a violation occurs or continues and for each additional sale made within the same day after previous arrest in the same day for violation of any of the provisions of this chapter or of a notification without arrest to cease and desist.
