There shall be present at all public dances at which the persons in attendance are predominantly of the age of seventeen years and under, two auxiliary policemen of the City and two male and two female chaperones of the age of twenty-five years or over. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 733.08, all public dances at which the persons in attendance are predominantly of the age of seventeen years and under shall be discontinued on or before the hour of 11:30 p.m. and the public dance hall at which such dance is being conducted shall thereupon be closed to all persons attending the dance.
