No private investigator or registered employee thereof shall publish or cause to be published any advertisement, letterhead, circular, statement or phrase of any sort which suggests that such private investigator or registered employee or any firm or agency engaging in the business of private investigation is an official law enforcement or investigative agency or any other agency or instrumentality of the State or any of its political subdivisions.
