Any uniform, shoulder patch, badge, vehicle marking or other identification device to be used by a private investigator or employee thereof in the City shall conform to the requirements of Ohio R.C. Chapter 4749 and the rules and regulations issued thereunder. The design of any such uniform, patch, badge, vehicle marking or other identification device shall be approved by the Chief of Police prior to use within the City.
