729.06 PROHIBITED ACTS.
   No private investigator or registered employee thereof shall:
   (a)   Knowingly violate any provision of Ohio R.C. Chapter 4749 or any rules or regulations issued thereunder.
   (b)   Knowingly make a false report with respect to any manner in which he is employed.
   (c)   Divulge any information acquired from or for a client to persons other than the client or his authorized agent without express authorization to do so from the client, or unless required by law. However, he shall divulge to any law enforcement officer, prosecuting attorney or representative thereof, any information he may acquire as to any criminal offense.
   (d)   Knowingly accept any employment which includes obtaining information intended for illegal purposes.
   (e)   Take both sides of an investigation case, unless such relationship among all parties involved is fully disclosed to all such parties.
