729.05 LICENSING OF EMPLOYEES.
   No employee of a private investigator shall engage in private investigatory activity within the City unless he is duly licensed pursuant to Ohio R.C. Chapter 4749 or unless his employer has obtained an identification card from the Ohio Department of Commerce as provided by Chapter 4749. However, pending the issuance of such identification card and after application has been made therefor, as long as application was made within ten days after the employment of the employee, the employee may act within the City as a protector of life and property so long as the waiver required by Chapter 4749 is obtained. No private investigator shall permit an employee to act in violation of this section.
