725.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any of the provisions of this chapter, including the submission of a false application, shall be fined not more than three hundred dollars ($300.00) or imprisoned not more than ninety days, or both. In addition, the permit of such person issued hereunder shall be subject to immediate revocation.
