In addition to any other penalty and/or fine that may be imposed upon the owner and/or operator of a motor vehicle pursuant to the provisions of these Codified Ordinances, whoever violates Section 353.04 shall be fined twenty-five dollars ($25.00), provided the payment of said fine is received by the Division of Police of the City within five days of the subject violation; if, however, the payment of said fine is not received by the Division of Police of the City within five days of the subject violation, then, in that event, whoever violates this section shall be fined fifty dollars ($50.00).
