173.02 DUTIES.

The Willowick Advisory Commission on Aging shall advise and recommend to Council the specific needs of senior citizens. The Commission shall also provide long range planning for senior citizens and their programs and shall further provide an overview of all senior citizens needs. The Commission shall not be responsible for day to day operations of senior citizens programs.
