There is hereby created a Willowick Advisory Commission on Aging. The Commission shall consist of seven electors of the Municipality.
(a) The members of the Commission shall be appointed by the Mayor subject to the confirmation of Council. Of the initial appointments to the Commission, three persons shall be appointed for terms of two years and four persons for terms of three years.
(b) After the expiration of the original terms of the initial appointees, each member of the Commission shall serve a term of three years.
