169.01 SYSTEM AND COMMISSION ESTABLISHED.

(a) There is hereby established a system of civil service for and within the City. The system shall be organized and conducted in the manner provided therefor by Article VII of the City Charter.

(b) There is hereby established a Civil Service Commission for the City, the membership, powers and duties of which shall be as provided in Article VII of the City Charter,
