Any adult sports league may use the City's facilities if fifty percent of the participants are residents of the City and pay to the City the sum of three hundred dollars ($300.00) per season. Prior to the start of each season, the league shall provide the Recreation Director with a roster of all participants, including a copy of each participant's current driver's license or State of Ohio Identification Card, exhibiting has or her current address.
