There is hereby established a charge of two dollars and fifty cents ($2.50) per hour for the reservation and use of one Municipal tennis court each at Dudley Park and at Willowick Junior High School; the charges authorized herein shall be for tennis courts to be designated by the Willowick Recreation Board at the aforesaid locations and reservations may be authorized by the Board for such hours and days as the Board, in its discretion, shall designate.
