(a) Effective February 1, 2017, all present and future non-bargaining, full-time employees of the City shall be entitled to hospital, medical, dental and vision health care benefits, as defined by and pursuant to the City’s Health Care Plan in effect at any relevant time.
(b) Effective February 1, 2020, the City shall pay eighty-eight percent of the accumulated total of the health care benefits defined hereunder and the employee contribution rate shall be twelve percent of the accumulated total of these health care benefits. Effective January 1, 2021, the City shall pay eighty-seven percent of the accumulated total of the health care benefits defined hereunder and the employee contribution rate shall be thirteen percent of the accumulated total of these health care benefits.
