(a) Full-time, non-bargaining employees shall be granted additional compensation based upon years of continuous full-time employment with the City of Willowick (excluding the Executive Lieutenant of the Police Department who is covered under a separate section of these Ordinances). Such compensation shall be annualized and added to salaried employees' compensation based upon the schedule set out below:

After completing ten (10) full years | $.48 hr. |
After completing fifteen (15) full years | $.72 hr. |
After completing twenty (20) full years | $.96 hr. |
(b) There shall not be considered to be a break in continuous full time employment in the case where a retirant becomes re-employed pursuant to the provisions of Ohio R.C. 145.381.
