The Civil Defense Organization shall perform such functions within the City as are now or may hereafter be prescribed in and authorized by Ohio R.C. Chapter 5915, and the Governor's regulations promulgated thereunder, and shall perform such duties outside the corporate limits as may be required under the County-Wide Civil Defense Organization or under mutual aid arrangements made pursuant to Ohio R.C. 5915.09.
