As used in the Codified ordinances, the following terms shall have the following meanings
(a) “Affiliated organization” means an organization authorized to act as the agent of the Willowick City Recreation Board for the conduct of recreation programs or activities within the City of Willowick. An affiliated organization is eligible to receive financial support from the Willowick City Recreation Board.
(b) “Sanctioned organization” means one organized by the Willowick City Recreation Board and given permission by such Board to conduct a program or activity that provides a service for the citizens of the City of Willowick. A sanctioned organization is not eligible to receive financial support from the Willowick City Recreation Board, except that such sanctioned organizations may use the facilities of the City at reduced rates.
