133.35 LAW ENFORCEMENT CPT FUND.

There is hereby established a fund which shall be identified as Fund 232, the Law Enforcement CPT Fund. This fund shall be utilized for the deposit of receipts from the State of Ohio Law Enforcement Assistance Fund. The monies shall be received by the City to pay reimbursements to the City for expenditures made for continuing professional training programs for peace officers.
