133.29 SANITARY SEWER IMPROVEMENT FUND.

(a) There is hereby established an Enterprise Capital Project Fund to be known as the Sanitary Sewer Improvement Fund. Council may appropriate funds derived from the Sewer Fund and other sources.

(b) Upon approval of Council, this Fund shall be used for the improvement of sanitary sewers.
