133.28 MANRY PARK IMPROVEMENT FUND.

(a) There is hereby established a Capital Project Fund to be known as the Manry Park Improvement Fund. Council may appropriate funds derived from the General Fund and other sources.

(b) Upon approval of Council, this Fund shall be used for the improvement of Manry Park.
