133.26 ENFORCEMENT AND EDUCATION FUND.

(a) There is hereby established an Enforcement and Education Fund, to be funded pursuant to Ohio R.C. 4511.99(A) and Section 333.01(a) of the Traffic Code, which Fund shall be appropriated as provided by law.

(b) The Director of Finance shall request the State Auditor for approval and permission, as necessary, to establish an Enforcement and Education Fund.
