133.25 DRUG LAW ENFORCEMENT FUND.

(a) There is hereby established a Drug Law Enforcement Fund, to be funded pursuant to Ohio R.C. 2925.03(J) and (K). Such Fund shall be appropriated as provided by law.

(b) The Director of Finance shall request the approval and permission of the State Auditor, as necessary, to establish a Drug Law Enforcement Fund.
