There hereby is created a fund to be known as the “C.E.T.A. Programs Fund”. All funds received and accepted by the City pursuant to contract for funding C.E.T.A. employees shall be paid into the C.E.T.A. Programs Fund. The Director of Finance is authorized to make payments from such funds, in accordance with law, for employees of the City employed pursuant to the Comprehensive Employment Training Act.
