133.06 BOND OF DEPUTY DIRECTOR OF FINANCE.

Before entering upon the duties of the office, the Deputy Director of Finance shall post bond with the City in the amount of ten thousand dollars ($10,000). All expenses incurred in the posting of such bond shall be paid by the City.
