(a) The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to institute a charge for fingerprinting of civilians in the amount of twenty dollars ($20.00) for said service performed for non-residents.
(b) The Director of Finance is hereby authorized to institute a charge for fingerprinting of civilians in the amount of ten dollars ($10.00) for said service performed for residents.
(c) The fee shall be waived if the purpose of taking fingerprinting is a part of background checks of persons being considered for employment with the City of Willowick.
