(a) A charge of five cents ($.05) for each copy page and a charge of twenty cents ($.20) for each certified copy page shall be charged to any person, other than an officer or employee of the City, requesting copies of printed matter necessary for the transaction of business in the City.
(b) The Director of Finance shall impose a copy charge equal to the reasonable cost of reproduction of all City documents and records which cannot be reproduced or copied on City photocopy equipment.
(c) All revenue derived from such charges shall be deposited in the General Fund.
